Originally created to support the Ontario college system, the CAAT Plan now proudly serves more than 440 participating employers in 20 industries including the for-profit, non-profit, and broader public sectors. It currently has more than 99,000 active and retired members.

British Columbia’s College Pension Plan is one of the largest public sector pension plans in British Columbia. The plan has more than 36,000 active and retired members and is open to senior administrators and educators at 24 post-secondary institutions in BC.

LAPP is Alberta’s largest pension plan, with more than 300,000 members and a pension fund totalling more than $63 billion. The plan is committed to providing a secure retirement income at a reasonable cost to its members.

British Columbia’s Municipal Pension Plan serves more than 440,000 active, inactive and retired members and their employers. It is one of the largest pension plans in Canada. Members and employers come from a variety of sectors across BC, including health, municipalities and school districts.

Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation administers the pension benefits and investment assets of Nova Scotia’s Teachers’ Pension Plan and the Public Service Superannuation Plan. NS Pension also administers pension benefits for the Members’ Retiring Allowances and three former Sydney Steel pension plans. It serves more than 80,000 active members, retirees and survivors.

OMERS is a multi-employer defined benefit pension plan whose members are mainly employees of Ontario municipalities, local boards, public utilities and non-teaching school board staff. OMERS has been providing pensions to its members for more than 60 years.

Provident10 is an independent organization with expertise in both pension administration and investment management with over $11 billion under management. Since 2017, Provident10 has been serving the public service employees of Newfoundland and Labrador. At more than 55,000 members (and growing), and over 40 participating employers, it is one of the largest public service pension plans in Atlantic Canada.

The Public Service Pension Plan in British Columbia provides secure retirement income for more than 140,000 plan members and their employers. Members work in a variety of sectors including the provincial government, transportation, health care and others.

SHEPP has been serving the best interests of its members since 1962. It is the largest defined benefit pension plan in Saskatchewan and the only industry-wide pension plan serving the healthcare sector. SHEPP serves more than 50 employers and 65,000 members. In fact, one of every 15 people employed in Saskatchewan is a SHEPP member.

The Teachers’ Pension Plan provides secure retirement income for more than 100,000 plan members, including teachers, vice-principals, principals and superintendents from school boards across British Columbia.

Serving our members for more than 100 years, The Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Benefits Program (the Program) provides pension and disability benefits to employees of the City of Winnipeg and eight other participating employers. The Program, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, also provides the day-to-day administration of the Winnipeg Police Pension Plan.

With over 22,000 active and retired Plan members, and combined assets of approximately $9 billion, both Plans continue to be fully funded on a going-concern basis as at the most recent actuarial valuation date of December 31, 2023.
